No after service

<p>My daddy's car was financed by Absa and now we are trying to get car documents as he lost his. We have been calling Absa and we visited the branch several times and we are not getting any help. When we call the number that was provided to us by Absa and there is no answer from that number. The number rings forever. Where must we go for assistance if we can't be assisted by your service provider? </p> <p> </p> <p>Very frustrating as those documents are urgently needed.</p>
