No Africanacity, False information and now no assistance

My account vehicle account was recently placeed under debt review, but due to debt review not assisting me, I trie to make arrangments with the bank directly, ofcourse they could not help me and said I need to first have the debt review listing uplifted, Logged a comlaint at the Ombudsman, Ombudsman assisted, I was then informed in writing from the bank that the debt review will be lifted and once the status has been updated and removed, the bank will then make arrangements with me directly. which I agreed to. The debt review was removed 01.10.2018 and I was not informed that this had been done. Today I receive a call to say the bank will be coming to collect my vehicle, as it will now be repossessed. I call the lady working on my case, she informs me that the bank waited for the debt review status to be lifted, she advises me to call collections to make arrangements, I call them, they say she is confused, I need to speak to the gentleman coming to collect my vehicle, I call him, he says no he cant make arrangments, he cant assist me, he needs to come collect the vehicle, I call the bank back, they told me that the lady handling my case is confused and the car will need to be returned, but I have this in writing and recorded, and with feedback to the Ombudsman, that the bank agreed to make arrangments with me once the debt review was lifted, now that I have sorted all that and got the debt review lifted, not the bank is repossessing my vehicle. This is a nightmare and now no one will help me. Definately not Africanacity.
