No action on stop order request for vehicle

To whom this may concern.<br> The first call was logged 7th of August and my request on a stop order has not been confirmed or issued.<br> My car was written off in an accident on the 3d of July. Whilst the insurance is still processing my claim, I have requested the consultant, Kgomotso, to put an immediate stop order to this debit order as I cannot pay for a vehicle I know longer have.<br> I have sent all the information relating to the claim to ABSA. I received on phone call requesting documentation but no communication since that was sent..<br> I am still waiting for confirmation from ABSA bank that this debit order will not be deducted.
