No account statement for 4 years
Its been 4years now that I am paying my student loan without ever receiving a accountstatement. Now they tell me the only way they can send it to me will be if I go in and verify myself at a branch. But you can take my installment everymonth and not send me a account statement? Very unacceptable?!?!?!?!?
