No account paid up letter send by ABSA. Effecting my credit score

ABSA handed over my Credit Card account to ARA. Anthony Richards and Associates. After numerous requests. So I paid up my account as quickly as possible. Anthony Richards and Associates has some of the rudest employees you could ever get. So I paid up my account as quickly as possible. Now after the account has been paid up in full I am requesting a paid-up letter and need Absa to update the account as paid as it is affecting my credit score. Now they just ignore all my emails? I have sent numerous emails without any reply.
