no access to my account whatsoever

Queues at banks are so long and still cant help me over the phone!!!! so i call to logon to my banking app because i have a new phone and then they tell me i had a sim swop and are unable to allow me to use my app. why ask me a million questions which i answer correctly, spend 30 minutes on the phone and still ended the call AND I STILL HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. what a waste of time
