No access to internet banking - AGAIN

I have no access to my internet banking, again. I can only assume it is the same issue as always: every few months ASBA decides to lock my account and I have to call in, using my airtime, to reopen it. Then, after a long wait, they ask permission to deduct the monthly banking costs/admin fees and reopen it. You are the bank. TAKE THE BANK AND MONTHLY ADMIN COSTS THAT YOU ARE OWED when my salary comes in BEFORE you close my account.

I do not keep tabs on whether or not your are deducting banking fees. Firstly, I cannot load airtime to call ABSA to open my account, because I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT TO BUY AIRTIME. Secondly, my money is in my emergency account, and I cannot access internet banking in order to transfer it to my savings account so you can deduct your banking fees in order to reopen my account.

Do you see the problem?

Please. Please, reopen my account immediately.

Reviewer Update
UPDATE: I just used all my airtime to speak to Lebohang at your help line in order to reopen my online banking. The advice I got was to go to a branch to deposit the banking fees to reopen the account. Let me translate to you what exactly this means... I live in a rural area (which is why I have internet banking in the first place), and I have to drive in to town, after I use a leave day to take the morning off from work, so that I can visit the ABSA branch, in order to deposit SEVENTY NINE RAND. Yes, that's right, SEVENTY NINE RAND. After ABSA failed to deduct their own fees from my bank account. No, I cannot transfer this amount from my other ABSA account, because I CANNOT ACCESS ONLINE BANKING. This is (again) a great example of ABSA's absolutely, ridiculousy, pathetic customer service. After I have performed all the above instructions, you can be sure that I will move my account to another bank and proclaim to every person I see about your unbelievable service. May you have a great day.
