No access to assistance at ABSA

It is so difficult to register concerns with an ABSA merchant. We’ve been having a problem with an ABSA Speed Point for 3 weeks. We’ve contacted the Absa merchant, visited the branch and this has all been in vain.

Please assist us, we are losing business. We entrusted you with our banking needs, please play your part. I’ve been on the line holding for the past 30 minutes with no answer from you.
