No ABSA Rewards received for fuel spent at SASOL

ABSA Rewards state that if you swipe for fuel at SASOL you'll receive rewards. I swiped my credit card on a weekly basis during October 2019 and didn't receive any rewards thereon when it came to receiving the rewards at the end of the month. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional of ABSA for not rewarding me on this. I WANT TO KNOW WHY I DIDN'T RECEIVE REWARDS FOR FUEL SPEND AT SASOL DURING OCTOBER 2019?????!!!! I sent an email regarding this to *** on 01 November 2019. They responded with a case number of C-***8 ONLY on 9 November 2019 and stated that the matter was escalated yet I haven't heard anything from them to date.
