Nightmare Service!!!

I work in the sales environment and if you don't work you don't get paid. When Covid-19 hit , and the country went into lockdown , I went to one of the absa branches and explained to them.in the branch they sent a email to the relevant department, i got a sms and I rep**** as requested. They sent me a letter confirming that they will apply the holiday payment for April May and June and I will only start paying end of July. Because of the delay in the application which was not my fault, the account went into arrears for April. So no payment went off for May , however they deducted for April because the account was in arrears... I visited the branch again and was told the payment holiday will be effective May June and July and I will start paying August 2020!!! I then called in and was put to the support centre where they told me the matter was being escalated, that was in the beginning of June .I kept receiving SMS' saying my loan is in arrears!!! So I called again! I was put to the collections department and spoke to Janine. She said that they will reverse the payment taken and there won't be any deductions as the holiday payment should be effective .The money was only reversed on the 29June , and dubble deduction went off in the 30June 2020!!! Now I have to run around trying to sort this mess out! I'm so frustrated! This is taking up time ...and which mean I can't work and it will effect my salary for the coming month! Is the holiday payment going to happen or is absa deliberately trying to mess up my credit records! Or do they simply not know what they doing!
