I had a loan account. Then my work closed due bankruptcy. Then I tried pay or arrangements. It was in 2022.Then the debt was written off. Today I just got a update on credit report it is back. As far as I know when a debt was written off a consumer cannot claim again. Why they the account is active after 3 years.
They also don't give feedback when do enquiries.
