Nfriendly service

<p>I went in to absa horison view today and assisted by a very unfriendly white lady that could not assisted me or guided me to something better she was completely dead,she could not even tell me what is the difference between gold account vs platinum,or even tell me what is my bank charges. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been with absa for over 15 years to get this service ever .</p>
