New Credit Cards Application
Did a credit card application last week Tuesday, accepted the quote and provided all necessary documents. After call the new card application department they said it should be processed in 24 to 48 HRS. Friday i did a follow up and all off a sudden the call centre agent said 2 to 5 working day. This morning 16/10/2017 again the call centre agent said all of a sudden 7 to 10 working days. I fail to understand how it can take 2 weeks to process an application.
