New CREDIT Card Application

20.10. 2015 called ABSA to apply credit card. Marcus process my application and was provisionally approved. He requested me to send id copy,proof of resident. 22.10.2015 Zanele said everything is fine but still in process. 24.10.2015 Morena said is not finalised but referred me Thabiso who told me is approved, he is in the final stage he transferred me to Isaac who told me the application had errors on the 20.10.2015 when Marcus captured it, he will tell Marcus to call me and he never call. 28.10.2015 I spoke to Salmonique who told me my first application of the 20.10.2015 was cancelled & recaptured on the 23.10.2015. She transferred me to Marcus who did not answer but Mathews did, he told me is in the process & they received my documents and asked if I got Acceptence letter I said no. He told me my email was wrong he will rectify it. He requested me to send Id copy, proof of resident, 3 payslip. 02.11.15 Marcia transferred my application to other department. 03.11.15 Tebogo said my email is wrong and I should have got Acceptence letter. The lady was very much rude to me and impatient.
