New contact details have not been updated.

I bought a car 3 years, financed through ABSA. I then bought a house last year which again ABSA financed. On numerous occasions (through the 3 years) I have called the vehicle financing department to ask about certain things and they have never been able to assist as apparently the details I give are not the same as the ones they have. I was asked to go change my details at an ABSA branch which of cause I have done more than once and still today I can not be helped as 'I need to go amend details'. This is really frustrating.
