New card with same expiry date

ABSA usually send a reminder when your card expires and when your new card is available for collection. Needless to say I went in on Saturday to find out where is my new credit card. After an hour waiting it was established that a new card was never ordered. The branch then ordered a new card and arrange delivery thereof.<br> <br> Well, received my new card today and yes, the expiry date on the new card is exactly the same as my old card 2015/10!! I logged a complaint ***, now wait for another 48 hours.<br> <br> Why is there such *********** people working there? <br> <br> I am not going to pay for poor service rendered<br> <br> ABSA you need to come to the party, Steve bank seems like a better option...
