New Business Account openning

Please could We get assistance with our business account openning, we have done the online application process and it did not generate a Reference.I then decided to send the documents through for account openning via the mybusinessbanker email and one of their employees who is a virtual assistance had been making us run around in circles even though I had explained to her how urgent this account is required. Please could a business banker be allocated to assist with this business account openning process with immediate effect as we need to utilise it.We are running out of time and our clients are waiting for this account, can a competent individual assist us with servicing our request immediately. The business registration documentation is already on Absa systems.
