New ABSA Stockbrokers website SUCKS

To the persons who decided to change the old Stockbroking website to this new monstrosity - "MAY YOUR FESTICLES TESTER" You took a perfectly functional website and *******ized it into something HORRID. 1. Cannot download my portfolio in a friendly .csv format 2. Cannot see my last 3 monthly statements 3. Cannot see the results of my share trades 4. Transaction page columns and rows are wrongly sized and cannot be adjusted. Very wide column for Date and too small column for Description. Row spacing is also very big so that only 7 entries fit on one screen. 5. Cannot easily access share graphs. 6. Cannot request a transfer of funds to my bank account from the website. I have to sent a email.

I want to close my account and transfer my shares to another broker but have not received the required forms despite requesting these 18 days ago.

PLUS I was unable to access my account for 2 weeks. Phone calls were never answered and neither were emails.

SHAME ON YOU!
