NEW ABSA DISAPPOINTING
What is going on with the new ABSA in Paarl Mall?? I went to do banking and I didn't know what to do and where to stand to be helped??? The counter where is seemed someone should be receiving you was vacant?? People are sitting on benches all over the place an no ABSA person to assist or direct you. The only reason I need the to be in a ABSA is to change my notification limit to R0 instead of R200. I cant transfer,borrow, ***** money on ABSA online app/Internet banking but must be in a store to lower notification limit????!! please explain this???
