I have paid up my car and now that I am supposed to get my paid up letter and NATIS papers from ABSA I am told my account has been handed over to Legal. I have a letter from them to go to the bracnh and collect my paid up letter and I have my 72th instalment statemnt as I have 21 days to register it under my name with traffic dept. but no Absa is ivestigating as what is in the system is allowing them to issue that coz there are issues. ABSA is one of the banks that must not be used anymore. they only thing they care about is money and that its. Some Agents are so unhelpful and unprofessional.
