Never use ABSA Insure!!!!!

Last year ceilings in my house collapsed due to the hail storms experienced in JHB. After days of battling, they eventually had the ceiling replaced and 'supposedly' fixed the damaged roof. There is now damp in the house and we were advised that there are cracked roof tiles next to the tiles repaired last year. ABSA gave me such attitude, refusing to pay the claim and telling me that it's my problem and that the claim should not have been paid last year. I was told that no damp will be covered.<br> <br> So whoopie, you get insurance for your building which has to be paid monthly, but there's no service and they refuse to assist. And upon talking to the assessor, he refuses to tell me everything wrong with the house, I must ask the bank. So the assessor won't tell me what's wrong because his SLA is with ABSA and ABSA won't give me the full story because they don't want to pay out.<br> <br> Well guess what!!!!! ABSA will very soon be one client less because they just don't care!
