Never use ABSA ATM Deposit

I tried to deposit R6000 at Pinecrest Mall in Pinetown ATM. An error occurred and the money failed to deposit into the account due to the money being stuck in the ATM. It was further retained by the ATM. I got a slip and asked for help from Absa employee who advise me to lodge a case through inquiries. I have been told that they're not in charge of ATMs a certain company that deals with only comes there not all the time
