NEVER USE ABSA AS AN EXECUTOR OF A WILL. APPAULING SERVICE

If I could I would not give any stars for the type of service I have received from ABSA in the handling of my late fathers estate. It has been over a year of giving wrong information, losing important documentation given to them twice and making excuses for not actioning items to wrap up the estate. I have been querying since January 2021 about the progress of all items that needed to be finalized i.e. vehicle ownership to be transferred, property ownership to be transferred, investments to sold etc.. I never receive proper communication if I do get any response to my emails. The administrator and manager don't seem to be concerned about the service given though I have complained numerous times. No responsibility is taken by the administrator nor her manager. I have expressed how the maintenance of assets has put me in financial distress as it is taking so long for anything to be done. Its has been over a year and I am yet to receive an update on the issues I have risen. I would not recommend using ABSA as an executor or for banking.
