NEVER USE ABSA

Don't use ABSA if your names exceed 25 charaters!!! Waiting for 3,5 hours and counting just to open an estate account. Some or other very LOOOONG procedure to override the system. Apparently I'm the only one in SA with long names.

Answer from Branch Manager: it will be sorted. When? Today. So I have 2.5 hours more to sit!
