Never use ABSA

After my last report on Hello Peter I have received telephonic feedback from ABSA that the 15 000 I payed to settle my account wil be paid back to me. I never received the money back. I did get the registration papers for my vehicle and the higher purchase insurance also paid 10 000 towards ABSA to settle the outstanding amount. Why have this not been sorted out yet. It has been 10 months that have passed and still no response. Kindly follow up and revert back to me via email.
