Never processed credit increase
<p>I went to Absa to apply for a credit limit increase. the consaltant took my info and payslips and completed the request. She then told me it takes up to 10 days and they will contact me if it is approved. I called this morning after not hearing anything and when they call center consaultant checked, there was never a request filed. Luckly the consultant I delt with over the phone this morning was more then helpful and assisted me with the application. Its things like this they drive customers to other banks.</p>

Account number is ***60 7014 and the branch is ABSA white river at the PnP center. After my call to the call center yesterday i managed to get the incease.
