NEVER NEVER take building insurance with Absa

Three weeks i had the unpleasant experience of a storm that made a lot of damage to my property. I called ABSA help line immediately after the incidence and log a claim. Three weeks later i still sit with a house without a roof,more damaged has been made to my property due to constant rain and still ABSA has stories. After three weeks of calling them everyday and asking whats going for what and how far they are with the claim fearing for more damaged .I have just called them again for the third time and now AFTER THREE WEEKS they said that they cannot assist due to one part of the house is container that is not fixed to the property. ABSA did the finance on the property and for three years i am paying for a policy that does not help me at all. BAD BAD BAD BAD INSURANCE
