NEVER IN MY LIFE!!

I have never in my life had an issue with ABSA but for the last 4 months they have absolutely disappointed me and ****ed my credit score due to them not being able to change a simple revolving loan debit order date. I phoned them 4 months ago informing them that I have changed jobs and I will no longer get payed on the 25th of each month but now on the 27th of each month, I was told the 1st time it will be changed but nothing happened and my debit order tried going off on the 25th and as you can think it bounced. This now has been the 4 month were each time it tries going off on the 25th and bounces and each time I get a snotty SMS saying it's affecting my credit score, well today when I tried doing something I was informed I won't be able to apply as my credit score is to low, never in my life would I have imagined my bank will literally **** my credit score to a point were I can't do anything, I want this resolved thus I am asking you "hellopeter" my debit order needs to change for the 5th time to either the last day of each month or the 1st day of each month and my credit score needs to be corrected as well to what it was.

This is my complaint reference I was sent when I complained for the 3rd time C-‪***7‬ and today when following up I was told it was still not changed, I hope you can imagine my disappointment knowing my bank I have been for so many years has literally ****ed me completely.
