NEVER get your car financed through ABSA!!!

So not only is ABSA completely LAZY, ABSA is ***********, unprofessional and *********! My husband has his vehicle financed through ABSA and has had a debit order set up for his installments since he bought his car many years ago. When he noticed that the debit orders were not going off he called in to report this and RESOLVE the issue with his correct account details. He was then told that they would get back to him regarding this, the same scenario has played out numerous times and they have YET to contact him UNTIL... this morning when my husband gets a call from Mr Francois Foster threatening him that they are outside the property and will be repossessing his vehicle today. I understand that it is my husbands responsibility to make sure his installments are being paid BUT it does not excuse ABSA'S lack of communication! You cannot just show up threatening to repossess someones car without even making ONE SINGLE attempt to communicate with your client! The amount in arrears will be paid in cash tomorrow BUT once this account is settled ABSA will NEVER get any support from us EVER again! KEEP YOUR BANK, YOUR THREATS, YOUR LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE and your ATTITUDES!!
