Never get a will from ABSA - worst assistance with estates of all financial institutions

Never get a will from ABSA, as if my father's last will was with ABSA we would have waited months. He did have a will at ABSA, which we only received in September after much trouble and he passed away in February, it took ABSA 7 months to send the will. Luckily he's last will was with his accountant which called us in for a meeting one week after my father's passing. I, as the executor now have everything in place from all the banks and institutions except from ABSA !!!! I have been emailing and phoning and begging them for a bank ABSA statement for 7 months now. First I phoned, held on forever, the phone operator send me to the branch at the branch waited forever in the covid cue, just to get to the front to be told they can not do anything for me at the branch I must phone the deceased department. For the 100th time since Feb 2021 I am now holding on for more than 10 minutes as I type to get through to the ABSA deceased department, the previous times I did manage to get through the operators asks me to email the relevant documents which I have done over and over now, with no feedback. Everything else with my father's will is finalized except ABSA ?!?
