Never finance through Ford credit, i read lots of review. they bad news.

i advice anyone to never finance through Ford credit, it will end in tears. i financed my first 2 cars with wesbank and i never experience any problem, in 2017 i wanted to upgrade so i bought my Ford ranger through ford credit, i paid all my installment with no issue untill my salary was affected due to COVID. I send n email and tried to call them and eventually i omly received an SMS saying my payment break is aproved, it doesnt say when it start and how long and how it will affect my contract. I send another email that i never received any respond, they debited my account come month they debited my account, i tried to call and send numerous email to try to find out how long my break was. in october i received a call that iam 2 month behind, i explained that i was under the impression that am still on break and the lady says she canno see from the system how long my break was and send umbers to call, i tried to call with no respond, i sent email and no respond. i received numerous call from ABSA collection i explained the same story and one consultant said she will refer my case to an investigator, while i was still waiting for investigator i recived a call fro Mr van Royen who was very rude telling me that they need the money now, i expalined that i was still waiitng for investigator to expalin my break and he said my break was for 2 month and if i do no pay now he is taking my car. after few minutes i received sms ofmy settlement amount. i tried ti folow up and was refered to Mr ... who told me exactly the same thing the only different he is nice. Noa ma lefy frastrated and might be spending christmass ith no car, after having this car for over 2 years and paying well this is how iam beeing treated, i regret the day i took ABSA/Ford credit.
