never finance through Absa

I financed my vehicle through absa 7 years ago. In 2010 I went under debt review, I paid half my installment for 1 year then continued to pay 3-4 times my installment. They then placed all the extra money in advance. I asked my settlement value and they said its R38 000. I then asked that they deduct the advance amount from the settlement amount as I dont want to pay another 5 years they did it and my settlement is the same. Oh and ive been off debt review for more than a year and its still under their debt review department even though ive asked numerous times to remove it. My intial loan was like R70 000 ive paid over R1000 for 7 years and still owe R38000. I will warm everyone I know that absa is not the bank to do business with.
