I wanted to take out a life insurance from Instant life but after getting the policy documents I decided it was not worth what they quoted me (Mar 31, 2021, 9:59 AM)

I cancelled it via email - Thu, Apr 1, 11:51 AM

But yet my account was debitted - 06 Apr 2021 INSTNTLIFE **********.14

I have been TRYING AND TRYING AND TRYING to get a hold of someone at **********

Received an email on the 8th of April stating that I would receive my refund for this - now the 17th May AND STILL NOTHING

COMPLETE USELESSNESS
