Never do business with absa

I am VERY VERY upset and angry and disappointed with ABSA. We bought a car trough them about 3 years ago everything was fine everything went well then about a year ago my husband got retrenched so we called absa to make arrangements on our monthly installment. Our arrangement with them was to send the retrenchment letter(we did) and we still pay a monthly installment but just a little less than the original installment and this was only for 3 months then we started paying the original amount again. Now out of no where they are demanding that we pay the total outstanding amount or they are going to take the car back WHAT THE HELL???? we are still paying every month! Where am I supposed to get that kind of money because you've decided that you want all your money now??? And this is not the first time I'm having issues with absa, I won't ever do any business trough absa ever again and it is shocking that so many people I know have issues with absa.
