Never been disappointed this much. 54 years old and lost a battle with FSP

Good day

My name is Charl Eksteen and I bought a vehicle on finance, which ABSA did the finance..

This was more or less 5 months ago. I did not do 4000 km's on the vehicle when the brakes failed, tyres had punctures, reverse illumination not working, and so forth.

This is R400 000 vehicle, pre owned, took out extended warranty and service plan. OK, dealership said sorry, not there problem. The vehicle were standing for a month and a half, yet it must be paid.

Unfortunately I fell in arrears for October, were contacted by ABSA, were told I can give the vehicle back. OK thank you I will consider it. ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE FROM ABSA AFTER THAT CALL. Take in mind the agent said I can pay my arrears over 2 months, which I consent being under pressure.

Now the vehicle needs to be repaired, bought the spares, paid someone to assist.

Here comes the challenge, I could only pay a normal payment this month, not the extra. ABSA then has lot of time to contact me, at work, busy, wish they would have called me this much when I wanted to return the vehicle.

Fortunately, on my own, the dealerships decided to refund me on certain items. This made me spending sleepless nights trying to get hold of the MD/CEO and I succeeded.

Now, ABSA will repo my vehicle soon. I have sent mails without response. They just mmm OK when I try to explain. 54 years old, won't be able to process this with my mental health.

ABSA let me down, first time I used them as FSP after many years
