Absa bank newcastle town in kzn gives pathetic unprofessional service. The consultants have no respect for older people. How can you lie about a person going to lunch from 1 to 4? just because you dont want to assist a client. Your branch needs to get the people in order. How can you send an elderly person to go and come back in one day when they give you their id number you can see if the account is closed or not? The type of people absa employs will affect their reputation with potential investors and clients. I will never bank with this bank due to poor customer service to their own clients.
