Never Absa!!whatever you do

Never allow these people into your life!!they approved my car load in 5mins and when I lost my job and told them I am actively in the market they came unannounced to reposes my car which had a refurb engine, sound system and other extras. They then called me to tell me that they have sold the car for 30k and I’m liable for the balance. Mind you there is no paper trail just a lady/guy who insisted that I know how much I owe and that I failed to pay for the car. Luckily they recorded calls, I further asked to please send me the updated statement showing the sale so we can make a payment plan( still unemployed). She/he insisted that’s not her job her job is to make a payment plan. This was early this year, since I needed an updated statement she/he said they will write that I am refusing to pay. Yesterday I got a text saying they will reposes furthers from my parents house?so my parents will seat, sleep and cook on the floor??coz I’m refusing to pay??I need those recordings and why threaten me with my parents??worst nightmare ABSA BANK!!who does that??
