Negligent and Pathetic Bank

<p>My parents has taken up a Will with ABSA a few years ago, paid for it as instructed by the consultant that their will be a cost assiciated and this they'd agreed.</p> <p> </p> <p>My mom aged 60 investigated with the necessary Will department whereby the Consultant confirmed their is deffitely a Will in place and who provided my mom with a Will number. However their was never no physical document filled.</p> <p> </p> <p>So to my mothers astonishment what can she do now as my dad is deceased last year December 2016. In disbelieve and complete utter shock this Financial Instuition never ensured that their documents reaches the Will department.</p> <p> </p> <p>So i question why did my parents pay for a servce who had to ensure and also give them the peace of mind that should anything happen to either of them..........</p>
