NEGLECTED COMPLAINT ‼️

⚠️if you are black and you are insured with ABSA then consider yourself ****med‼️ I am highly disgusted by the level of disregard and behind undermined by absa. Seemingly it not a bank for ppl such as my family and I. We received pathetic service from their contractor after we claimed with our insurance after a fire in my home that left us broken hearted. Absa sent a contractor who came and fix things after the restoration of our property the repaired areas started to break, crack, change colour, the areas they cleaned (which was supposed to be replaced were showing danged signs), they repaired the house YES, but with cheap material than why we had so so now after a year the repairs are a rack!!!! we contacted Absa South Africa and they sent an assessor after Hello Peter South Africa STEPPED IN! They the went dead quiet months went by I reached out numerous times only to passed back and forth and told sweet nothings. I guess the pronounciation of my last name makes me seem knowledgeless or stupid.... Seemingly when the premiums were being taken from us our money was good enough. I am disgusted, angry, regretful for ever trusting a Barclays Bank US ABSA Premiership Absa Insurance .....
