Neglected client!

I have a few investments with ABSA, the longest term being over 5 years. Over the 5 years, I’ve spent 3 years without a financial advisor. The last advisor sold me a really bad product and soon after quit. I’ve been sitting over a year without a financial advisor, irrespective of my numerous complaints Absa has not allocated me anyone new. Also in a more recent case that was open since the 14/11/2022 and has not been resolved to date although I had expressed a clear deadline for the release of my funds, instead I was given the run around, from person to person with no clear direction. I am most definitely taking my business elsewhere. Not a single cent of my money will ever land in the hands of Absa ever again!
