need to understand

<p>My fiance invested our money with Absa in hopes last year will get a pay out and continue with our future arrangements..he took out a fixed deposit for 12 months and it was due on January last year till this day nothing has happened and we wen to Absa Headoffice they said they will look into it but to this day no money and no one is bothering g to let him know what is going on..I mean this our savings and we planned to do with this no ey and now our future plans has been postponed because of Absa not paying out the investment..now I'm stepping in and we need answers please</p>
