Need Paid up Letter and update of ITC and removal of Judgement on my name.

I have a paid up Absa credit account through their third part attorneys Absa Daly,however it's been 64days I have been requesting "PAID UP LETTER" and update it ITC and nothing is happening.

Furthermore Absa Daly has lodged unfair judgement on me that I was disputing to date provided all the proof of payments. In 26April2025 I paid up the Absa credit in full and even Absa has confirmed that my account is clossed and paid however no one is willing to help Update my ITC or send me "PAID UP LETTER".

When I call Absa they tell me Absa Daly must issue the paid up letter,when I call Absa Daly they saying they are waiting on Absa to send them my paid up letter,this has been ongoing for 64days now and I have judgement on my name that is unfair.

I can't apply for credit/finance because they are not updating my Fully paid up Absa credit and ITC and further remove the judgement on my name,this is the worste experience I've ever had with a bank.

I will sort for legal relief at this rate as no one is helping ,been sending emails to Absa attorneys and they their automated response state that they will come back to me after 3 working days and now I'm seating on 5days with no response.
