NEED OUR TITLE DEEDS !!!!
Trying for years and months to get our title deeds from them. Now we must here we owe them money on a credit card that was paid off. We forward them all necessary documents from DMC with the confirmation of settlement of 27 November 2014!!! YES 2014!!!! This is unbelievable!!
THis is what we received - on email and to date NO reaction... Dear Sir/Madam,

And this was the out come - Still no Title Deeds but we sorted the Credit Card Debt out!!!
This was send on a email to us TODAY - sort of Apology letter! (Is this good enough?)
Good morning Mr. & Mrs. Kleinhans, Trust you are good. With reference to the below, we confirm that investigation into the matter has been completed and the administration error that occurred at the time when the account was sold to the attorneys has been rectified and account amended accordingly. The credit card account has since been closed in Absa’s books. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard. Thank you.
