Need help to stop home being auctioned

I have a Home loan Bond with ABSA for the past 11 years. I lost my father, I lost my job last year due to this covid pandemic. My husband is a driver so he has to make all the payments by himself while I'm looking for another job. We have 2 small children and bearly make ends meat. We do make payment on our bond but not the amount as we supposed too but we are trying our best. Last week we got a email from ABSA saying our house will be auctioned on the 26 of this month. I have been trying to get in touch with a consultant to help make arrangements on how to stop this from happening. We were at the bank but they keep referring us to different departments with no assistance. We sendingnout emails n all we get is reference numbers. This is our home we are fighting for but it seems that ABSA is taking the matter so lightly that we can't get a person to speak to for assistance. If we lose our home we will be homeless with nowhere to go. Please ABSA we have a 11 year relationship can't we sit and talk and come to an agreement a way forward please I'm begging for help.
