Nearly a month

Good morning. I app**** on 7 October. We are now four days away from a month and still no card. Every time there was a problem with submitting my papers. Eventually the consultant told me there is a certain way to name your uploads etc which I done. Now every time I call the consultant says it is at the final stage but no one can tell me how long.
