NATIS never delivered upon settling vehicle finance

My wife settled her vehicle finance months ago and ABSA never even bothered to send our NATIS for the car. After querying they told us it will take 7 business days to get us our NATIS document that they were suppose to send to us when we settled the car.

I urgently need the NATIS to sell the car as we have an offer pending and am so frustrated to learn ABSA never even called to deliver the NATIS or arrange a collection. Absolutely unprofessional.
