Natis ignored

I purchase my Lexus last year from Lexus. On applying to renew my vehicle license, I am told that the vehicle is no longer on my name. I informed AVAF and consultants send me copies of natis from 2023 from when I purchased the vehicle. It is now 2024 and as I keep telling the consultants, something has happened since 2023.

The latest is that I am simply told that AVAF only has the 2023 copy yet I was told a "Natis specialist" will handle my query. No specialist has contacted me and its not rocket science for me to request the copy of natis you have. Your consultant replies with "Please contact the marker that works on your contract to check if they do not have the latest copy of natis ". What the ...?

I have informed you that there is an issue, yet your lazy consultants will not help. I am not the titleholder, Absa is.

The vehicle license disk cannot be renewed therefore will incur fines and apparently I am paying for a vehicle that is not mine. Please try to assist or should I stop paying for a vehicle that I apparently do not own.
