NATIS and paid-up letter

I received a letter from Mazda Fin in December 2014 indicating that I have completed the finance agreement on my Mazda2 and that I should contact ***to request the original NATIS and paid-up documents.<br> I did this on 22 Jan 2015 with reference no CZ*** and it was arranged that the documents would be couriered to my nearest ABSA branch within 3 working days and that the branch would contact me once they have received it.<br> After 2 weeks of no notification, I contacted the call center again and was told that the documents were sent to \The Dealer"and that some unknown person to me"
