National Deceased Estates Absa - Shocking Service

National Deceased Estates Absa is the worst. They are *********** and do not respond to questions asked by their clients. I have been issued with a Letter of Authority by the Master of The High Court to take control of my late Mother`s estate on 2 September 2020. On the very same day , I went to the Newton Park branch of Absa Bank to submit all the required documents for them to send it on to National Deceased Estates Absa. My late Mother had two Absa accounts with funds in it which has to be transferred to my Absa account. All the accounts are Absa accounts, and as such, the transfer of the funds is an internal transfer. That should surely not be difficult to finalise in my view. It is now just about 8 weeks later, and I am still waiting for the funds to be transferred. I have sent numerous e-mails to enquire when the transfer will be done, but only received two replies from them that the FICA process was successful, and that the matter will be escalated. I am still waiting. I have sent further e-mails to ask again what the delay is, but they have now chosen to ignore me completely. Please be aware that this office is the worst. Do not expect any form of service from them. You will be, without any doubt, disappointed. I can only rate my experience with them as shocking.
