National Deceased Estates Absa

National Deceased Estates Absa is the worst .They are *********** and do not respond to question asked by Client. On the 24 June 2024 Myself and My sister want to the Cresta Mall , I am the executor of the Letter of Authority for my Late dad Estate Absa has request documents from which the Consult at Cresta Mall assist by scanning and upload the documents .For the past 3 weeks I have being phoning in asking the agents that assist how far is process , I was told that is in the verification department okay I Understand there is a process, by this pass three weeks I have being doing their jobs for them by calling in doing following up . In last week I did a follow up one of the agents told me that the only document that is missing is Proof of Address , funny enough before even submitting the documents that was request I want to Absa in town the consult wrote down the documents I needed nothing of Proof of Address, only Letter of Authority , Death Certificate ,My late Dad ID ,MY ID and my bank statement , I have provide those documents as request ,nevertheless I have the Proof of Address which also provide on the bank Statement if we talking about *********** and common sense .08 July 2024 i phoned again doing their Job for me following up the agent told me that everything is in order. I phone today the Guy Prince told me that the documents are not scan probably I told that Absa problem because the consult at Cresta scan the documents I am ****ed beyond because I have being phoning doing their jobs but to get this feedback today this is totally *********** I am disappointed in ABSA service .
